You will know that one of the many decisions Business owners and Boards of Directors have to make is whether their current premises are fit for purpose. Headquartered in Fengate, Peterborough and with over 35 company owned retail outlets nationally, ECIG Wizard is one of the largest stockists and suppliers of electronic and e-liquids to outlets in the UK and Europe. Its current presmises incorporate an ISO Class 8 clean room, a state of the art science lab, general offices, warehouse space plus a shop.
Continued growth has led to inevitably to expansion with additional staff, creating an immediate need for more office space in the first instance.
Finding suitable property in Peterborough has proved to be quite "tricky" according to Managing Director, Aaron Taylor. The company viewed industrial units in Fengate and Woodston and office buildings in Lynchwood, but found nothing that combined the two.
The company decided the best option was to keep its current warehouse premises and buy another office unit close-by with ample car parking to house the growing sales, customer service and administration team.

Time and Knowledge
Having found the right property the next challenge was to negotiate the purchase. Talkspace was appointed to help with the property purchase negotiations and initially reviewed the Peterborough commercial property market to validate the decision to purchase the additional building.
