Commercial property finders, Talkspace, has been appointed by the independent charity Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT) to search for new office premises in Peterborough city centre.
PECT delivers services and projects for environmental improvements as part of its mission to lead the city in becoming a cleaner, greener place to live and establish Peterborough as the UKís Environment Capital, is looking to move out if its current office to premises that will offer open plan working space, meeting rooms, improved environmental credentials and better disabled access.
"PECT needs a building that will offer an open plan working environment that will accommodate their growing team and allow the organisation to showcase environmental improvements" Talkspace Managing Director, Jonathan Hand explained. "It is gaining a high profile as a national point of expertise in ground breaking and innovative environmental and sustainable initiatives, such as with its projects Greeniversity" and "Investors in the Environment and a more sustainable working environment for itself is part and parcel of living to its own values."
Commenting on the instruction, PECT Chief Executive Carly Leonard told us, "Jonathan Hand of Talkspace really knows the local commercial property market and understands the industry terminology which has already helped move things along very quickly. We're very pleased with the professional and logical framework he is taking us through in our search for new premises."
